Pancakes (and Gumbo) before the Fast! Celebrate Shrove Tuesday with a parish pancake feast and some of the finest gumbo St. Philip’s can muster! It’ll be a time filled with good food, great company, and light-hearted games. It’s a sweet reason to gather before we all become painfully aware of our mortality on Ash Wednesday.
